TROMS FYLKESKULTURSENTER (TFKS) has the facilities to accommodate up to 4 visiting artists at the time with a live-in studio space with all the modern cons. The facilities are appropriate and comfortable and are located in the 2nd floor of the Art Centre. There are workshops and project rooms that can be used throughout the residency. The studio runs several residency programmes- and are in the progress of developing new programs with different collaborators.
TFKS live-in studio accommodation; 35sq meter flat with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom / lounge with all facilities included (such as washing machine, cooker, fridge, radio and TV). It has within it an extra 20 sq meter of artist studio, which includes facilities such as sink, scanner, printer, computer, wifi. Workshops are also available as well as project rooms for mounting or testing out work in progress.
